I spent days trying to setup a dual monitor with my new computer. I had done it in the past, several times without any problems. When I say days, I mean I ordered different cords and splitters. I could not figure out why I was having such a problem and was really starting to feel my age and thinking how stupid I was for not being able to do this. So I decided I need professional help and called ER Computing. Tom made an appointment that was convenient, came by, looked at my computer, said it needed a video card. He had the part I need with him and installed it. My dual monitors were working. I was so relieved and didn’t feel so stupid anymore. This computer was a gift, I didn’t have any input on what features I needed or would use, so I didn’t know about the video cards. Tom took one look at the back and knew it needed a video card. He was nice, professional and quick. In and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely be using him again if I have a problem. You don’t want some who doesn’t know how to diagnose and fix something, that tries different things until they figure it out. You want someone who is knowledgeable and will know the solution. Tom is your man.
