I had a really great experience here today and will definitely use this location again whenever I need any electronics repaired. I came in first thing this morning with a cracked iPhone screen. Including checking in and paying I was in and out in under 20 minutes. My screen looks great and they even applied the liquid screen protector for me. Nick and the young man in the back who did the repair were really great. I highly recommend coming in and talking with them if you need anything repaired!

The technician who helped me was very nice as well as helpful. He was personable, cared about my tech situation and gave me a couple of options to solve the issue. He also seemed to care about me as a person which is so nice in today’s world. Nick also demonstrated he knew what he was talking about and was able to service my phone in a very timely manner. I appreciate his direct response and assistance!

Talked to Nick while i was there. My experience was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! The repair was done in a few hours and was originally supposed to be a day! Also the price was very reasonable!

We were sent here from Best Buy because they couldn't fix our tablet due to a password issue. We've had this tablet for 3 or 4 years. I understand why they require the purchase receipt, but they should have a sign on their door or window saying that you need it and the kid could have been nicer about it, too. I don't know many people who keep their receipts after 3 years.

Five stars is not enough for uBreakiFix!!! I have an old old old HP Laptop and it has been almost dead for years! It ran worse than the old dial up computers! I dealt with it and finally told it o uBreakiFix and when I got it back it was loaded with Windows 11, which I never dreamed I would have and it runs better than my Apple devices! The guys in the store were top notch with their service!!! I also got my Laptop back the same day which really surprised me! If you need any kind of work done on you devices this is the place to go for sure! Oh and don’t forget to ask for NICK! He is brilliant and knows his stuff! I just can’t say enough about them! I’m just so happy!
