I had to make copies of a missing persons flyer and the wonderful associate at the print counter made me extra copies at no charge. That is the kind of thoughtful, caring consideration that we just don't see enough of. It was a hard day and that kindness was so appreciated! Thank you

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at the print shop last week. Stacy was most helpful. She helped me navigate through my phone so I was able to get my document printed correctly. Without her assistance I probably would've given up. Thank you to Stacy for great customer service.

I greatly appreciated the helpful staff that I encountered yesterday at Staples. I could tell they were busy, but they took the time to help me find the self-laminating sheets that did not require a heating machine. I was having difficulty finding legal size in Springfield! Staples has roll product so I can cut the size I need!

I have shopped in this Staples store for many years. I have purchased computers, printers, furniture, ink and many office supplies from them. If I had difficulty with a product, they readily assisted to resolve my issue. I like this store and the persons who are employed in the store.

Terrible. Long waits, only 1 computer to print? Had zero help in getting cards printed, left because there's no way to send the image to the computer. If you plan to order do it online and pick up or you'll be wasting your time Edit: I was going to change the review back just to be nice, but the owners response is the most cookie cutter garbage I've seen 😑
