They're great! This was my first experience with needing PC repair, my laptop was making very loud sounds and had heating issues. With the fans replaced, internals cleaned, etc it feels like a brand new device! The text updates were great and the repair didn't take nearly as long as I anticipated, especially considering replacement parts had to be ordered. They were also super kind and professional, I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family who need similar services!

Had my charger break and they didnt even have me waiting for 5 minutes before finding the most cost effective solution with the best customer service to boot! They also gave me tips to mitigate any possible future problems. I'm a college student so every penny counts, and they were able to accommodate those circumstances well while also respecting their business! All-around great experience, I'll definitely be coming here if I have any more issues.

PC PROS treated us very well! Total cost was less than expected and they did a fantastic job. We will definitely be going back for any future work that needs tending. I'm going to go to the thumb store to get extra thumbs so I can give them more than a lame two thumbs up rating. At least seven thumbs, I think. There was also a super friendly dog there, so maybe I'll go ahead and shoot for eight thumbs up. Anyway.. yes, we were very satisfied.

Extremely professional environment and quick service. Once your PC is in the repair bay, everything is communicated through very descriptive texts which let you know how long you have to wait, give you options to expedite, show how much repairs will be, and when you can pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return if I need repair services again. Oh! And they have an office dog, so style points for that

What a great bunch at PC Pros! They aren’t just pros at your PC problems, they are pros at customer service as well! They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the time. I dropped my laptop off until the day I picked it up and needed some help getting back into my programs. I highly recommend them.
