Incredible service, extremely knowledgable, and helpful repair man! This is the ONLY place I will trust with my Apple products from now on. Very honest and upfront about everything. I immediately felt cared for as a customer and listened to. I couldn't be more thankful to have found help and creative solutions to my crazy problems. I bought a used iphone which works great and the gentleman was very kind to spend hours troubleshooting my apple account issues whereas other shops would have quickly turned me away. He found solutions to the impossible, was very quick to go above and beyond a fantastic job. This guy works miracles for sure

Dan is awesome! He truly cares about the customer more than the money. For example, I once brought in a broken iPad, and he told me that I could either have it repaired by him or just buy another iPad, which would be cheaper. The fact that he recommended the cheaper option, even though it wasn’t through him, meant a lot to me as a customer.

Other shops quoted me almost double of what he did which was already good starting off. It took him no less than 30 minutes to get back to me and have me come pick it up. Extremely kind and incredibly professional. (Shop dog was a plus/ very cute)
