Had some trouble with my earbuds. Cole ran some diagnostics on them. Gave some great suggestions to fix the problem and I was on my way! Great store, great employee! 5 stars!

I had an issue where my laptop would not connect to internet, and Richard in the service department was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time at all. Such a little thing, and then he showed me what I changed in the network settings (now I know not to mess with it), but I truly appreciate his willingness to just help me out. Definitely see the crew here if you need anything Mac related.

It took them 4 1/2 HOURS to factory reset an iPad that I had received as a gift from a recently debilitated, elderly woman I know. Prior to taking my money, at no time did they ask me if I had the original owner's log in information (email/password). If they had, I would have let them know that the info is lost within the woman's mind and therefore not available. So, after giving me the iPad back and finding out I couldn't use it - after me pleading with them, they only refunded me $30.

Cole was extremely helpful in answering my iPhone question. He was patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through all the steps I needed to fix my phone issue. I will be a continued customer and refer others with iPhone issues to them! Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Went in for a replacement top speaker and lower speaker on my iPhone 12 Pro. They replaced the display and it seems didn’t touch the bottom speaker. My fault was not noticing that the bottom speaker wasn’t actually fixed until the top speaker started going out again a few months after their repair. This phone is in a case 100% of the time and doesn’t see drops or liquids and their repairs still go out in under a year. They claim they would’ve guaranteed the repair if it was within 90 days of their original repair. The one star review is not for their refusal to fix their mistake after the time allowed, because that’s on me. But the fact they charged Apple and me but a product and service they didn’t perform. Disappointing from somewhere I’ve trusted with all my Apple products in the past
