One of the most humanizing and professional encounters I've experienced from not only a small business owner but a business in general. He was extraordinarily understanding and kind with my situation, very informative and helpful with how my laptop malfunctioned, indulged my curiosity when I asked him to clarify further, followed up on my concerns to ensure I could get back on my feet, and was astoundingly affordable for the service he provided. Not only do I recommend him wholeheartedly, I'm returning to him as my go-to tech specialist for all things computers. This guy's a gem in the Springfield community, and the world needs more folks like him.

Imagine my surprise when i picked up my laptop and the charge was half the quoted. Ken didnt need to re-install windows 11. He didn't have to tell me that, he could have just as easily charged me but he didnt. He is very honest and I feel like not only does he do a great job but i can trust him. Trust is everything to me. I called different pc repairs and the information of what could be wrong with my laptop from Ken was the best and he was nice. There was a “Ken’s PC services” sign. Looking at the computer was as efficient as he said. He’s trustworthy. He expertly diagnosed the main problem and how it caused the other problems. And he explained why this happened to a year old computer… I wish all businesses were this great. He cleaned the laptop and he was helpful with finding a pc. I was happy to not have to leave my laptop and wait several days and drive an hour back to Springfield. I would go see Ken again for electronic services! He’s amazing!
