It is a pain to write a bad review to the business. I want to make things easier by talk to the manager about the issues. Jayce the manager’s name I guess, Never called me even he said he will contact me on Sunday May 5. He was not in the shop last week and have to wait on him until Sunday. That’s what I was told. Did not have intention to take care of customers. The workers don’t have enough experience about customer service. (Poor training) I wrote this review because I hope it could motivate them to make things better.

Directed by Apple to visit for water damage on my 15 pro max. Associates were very unprofessional. Spoke to a “Shay”. She was pretty rude, difficult to get information from and ultimately purposefully unhelpful. Visited the Apple Store in St. Louis a week later… With AppleCare it was so simple. Spoke to a genius and within about 15 mins i had a new phone. They also were able to treat me and the other customers with respect and concern for our issues whilst being friendly and professional. I also made it clear to the store manager at Apple West County that I was in a unique situation. Living over 3 hours from an Apple Store, can make it difficult to get issues like these fixed BUT the most difficult portion was simply dealing with these “3rd party retailers” that say they are “AppleCare certified” or a “trusted apple retailer”. They aren’t. And it’s not the first or second or even third instance where I have had either poor service or poor workmanship or both. I also would never have never trusted “geek squad” to repair my back glass on phone without apples direction. This resulted in a bad installation and ultimately water damage. Gist…if it’s not Apple it’s just not Apple.

Not knowledgeable and unprofessional. Improper procedure done on my refrigerator. Will not use them again. And to mention being rude. Spent 367.89$ for icemaker and still don’t have ice . Since February. Did no diagnostics first time. They just took my money and ran.

My gf made an appointment and we still had to wait. This was followed by an extremely rude "geek" telling us her tablet was shot and couldn't be fixed by anyone in town. Immediately went to a different store and they were able to fix it for way less than Best Buy would have.
