If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. He kept me within budget, kept communication with me until he could recreate the problem my daughter was having with her gaming computer. I was hesitant to have it repaired because of prices and being pretty unfamiliar with computers. But the repair was affordable and fast. Would definitely recommend this place for all your computer needs.

It is a beautiful machine, not only functionally, but aesthetically as well.

I had an unusual request where I needed formal documentation outlining the issues with a defunct scanner so I could satisfy an extended warranty claim through my credit card provider. I was able to quickly explain the situation and my needs to Karl, who promptly diagnosed the scanner and wrote a professional letter for the warranty claim. His concern for ensuring I would be reimbursed the diagnosis charge showed he cares about his customers, as it was apparent he didn't want anyone to waste their money. Within days that claim was successfully approved, and it wouldn't have been possible without him. Thanks!
