CPR Cell Phone Repair Rolla

The first thing I would like to say is I dropped my phone off for a simple screen repair the rest of the phone worked perfectly my first mistake was dropping it off without receiving a receipt which I thought was odd I checked on my phone three different times over a 5 week period Finally after getting tired of waiting I just asked for my phone back he replied all I have to do is glue the screen it will take 10 minutes with a clamp I found it odd that when I wanted my device he could suddenly fix it on the spot. CPR has moved to three different locations that I know of and each one is crappier than the the last. I definitely would not drop off any device at CPR AT&t sent me there when I bought a new phone for the repair and I explained to him I needed the phone back for a trade-in needless to say after 5 weeks it was way too late to trade in my phone... I would definitely not recommend anyone take their device there 😔 Brian was nice but did not take his job seriously he would just laugh and say it's not done quite yet I'm waiting for the screen or whatever lame excuse. This was dropped off on Friday and supposed to be done the following Monday 4 days quickly turned into 5 weeks !!!

Don't go to CPR in Rolla Missouri. Unless it is a very simple repair or you will either be ran around by people that can't figure out what's wrong or be "waiting" forever for parts. The guy put a screen on my phone that he said KNEW works and it still didn't so I had to wait a whole day for him to go through the rest of the phone because he said it must be the internals and he said it wasn't and now I'm waiting on a new screen to be ordered to put in the phone even tho he already tried one that he said he knew worked. Don't go here

I needed a Galaxy Note 9 screen replacement. They had to order it and said they would call in three days. I waited 5 days called them and was told the screen wasn't in yet. I called again the following week and still no screen. They called me a few days later to say my phone needed more work than just the screen. I told them they didn't have my phone, I was still waiting for the screen to be delivered. Then they tried to say another customer with the same name and the same phone came in and they gave that customer the screen they ordered for me. Then said they could order another screen and have the phone fixed the next day. BIG surprise, they never called! Don't waste your time with this place!

I have been dealing with this place since last year. My first call to the store was mid November when I dropped my phone and busted the screen. I was told the screen had to be ordered and I would receive a call back when it got it. Never heard from them. 2 weeks later I called back part came in. Took phone to them to replace screen. There is a part behind the screen they had to order. 2 more weeks go by never heard anything. Finally I call back and the part has arrived. Make the hour drive back up their again. I get called the day of my appointment and his car has broke down. Says I will be first back in as soon as it get back. That was 2 weeks ago!
