I cannot tell you how much I hate this provider, and I had Cox internet for years. My internet continually stops working or lags. We’ve called multiple times, had our yard torn up, wire replace several times. Only for this issue to continue. My husband, who is supposed to have a work from home job, cannot in fact work from home. I’m done. As much as I hate Elon Musk , I’d gladly fork over 120/month just to never deal with this company ever again.

These guys have been amazing since 2011 when we first started getting wi- fi through them. Fast, friendly, and dependable. Reasonable pricing. Just wish we could get fiber...

We started out with a larger service. Our neighbor had Midwest/ Rock Port and pointed out their local presence made a huge difference in support. She was right. I called because I wanted to change a router channel. The technician changed it from Midwest's office without me asking. Several years ago another cable provider buried a fiber-optic cable in our parking. Their equipment left significant oil spills on the strip and street. Their work also damaged a newly seeded lawn. Rock Port/Midwest cleaned up the mess and threw new grass seed.

Great people that work there but the literal worst internet available in the USA. Not joking at all about this in 2021 the highest speed they offer is 25mbps and it's lucky to even actually be at 10mbps on a good day. Iv had service with them for years as for the longest time they had my area monopolized and there wasn't any other options. Now that Google FI and things of the like are an option the consumer side their internet service will slowly die. Many options are available in this area now that are not only much cheaper but MUCH faster than the best they offer.
