Phillip's Computer Repair was called solely based on reviews. A friend and I decided they were good enough to take the risk. I'm glad we did. I cannot say enough positive things about Phillip and his knowledge of computers. Not only did he discussion my computer issues in language that I could understand (and I am so NOT a computer-savvy person), but he cleaned up my computer so it runs faster, created short cuts so I could get to my important files quickly, made sure I had the right backups in place, and fixed it so my laptop and desktop work together beautifully...all while making sure I didn't lose anything in the process. And, he did it while educating me about Dropbox and a variety of other things that make my computer life so much easier. On top of that, the charge for all of his work was very reasonable. But, the real icing on the cake...Phillip is a kind, wonderful human being who obviously cares about his customers and the quality of his service. He definitely goes above and beyond what is required. He's my "to go to" person from now on.

I think Phillip was sent straight from the computer Gods. Seriously, this guy! Until I found him I was going to have to come up with hundreds of dollars to have a different local company transfer my data from my fried laptop. His vast knowledge, patience, and quick work saved what I thought were going to be 5 years of lost memories in photos, videos, and documents... and saved my sanity! He even came to our home to get the job done. And, he did it for only a fraction (literally!) of the other company's price. Excellent and friendly customer service, and easy to talk to and understand. Great guy! Amen for Phillip!! 👼👏
