Republic Technologies was recommended to me by the company that handles the IT services for the company I work for. After one of those recent storms where the power flickered on off several times in a row my computer ended up being stuck in a BIOS setup mode. I brought it to them and they ran diagnostics on the computer and called me back the next day. Unfortunately something went wrong with the drive that has the operating software and I'll need to replace it. They are able to recover the data so I will be able to restore photographs, music, and data files. As I recall the diagnostics were free of charge. The time and labor costs to restore, copy, and install a new drive were reasonably priced as well. I was given several options for replacing the damaged drive so I could pick one that fit how I wanted to repair the computer and that fit my budget. All in all, I would say they are very professional and easy to work with.
