platinum repair

I recently found out my launch PS5 has a bad disc drive, and I didn't want to do the work myself to replace it. I took my baby to the local repair shop on 12/26 at 10AM. The store was actually closed today, however, the owner was super nice as he came to the door and offered to take my PS5 to work on it for me anyways. It was my first time in this establishment and i was really impressed. The store was very clean, and it appears they can do a variety of services for customers. It even looks like they may do some anime custom work on PCs and Consoles. I did my research prior to taking my PS5 in for pricing, and I'm happy to say it was a very fair and reasonable price for a repair that I didn't want to do myself. He even offered to clean it up for me and get all of the dust out of it that has been built up over the years. He offered a fast turnaround and advised he would be in contact with me the moment the service was completed. Very nice and professional. I look forward to working with this place in the future and I highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Called the shop and the phone was picked up while the worker was having a conversation with somebody in the store and took about 30-45 seconds to greet me. I asked about a repair that requires a part to be ordered (which I knew and was prior knowledge) and thought they would be willing to install or even order and install. Which I would obviously pay for. However, I got a response of laughter and was told could’ve be fixed. Customer service is awful at this company and clearly not knowledgeable enough for simple fixes.

Very respectable knowledgeable when it comes to knowing about his products every year Christmas and birthdays I hit him up for my teenage boys. I have gotten laptops gaming systems from this guy . One system stoped working a week later he fixed it with no hesitation got it back up and running pretty cool Guy 👌🏿👌🏿

This shop is amazing! I had to get my hdmi port repaired on my ps5. They had the lowest quote I could find and they even got everything done in an hour or 2. If you need any repairs I would highly recommend platinum the owners are very knowledgeable and if you’re looking for a new device they have a great selection to choose from!
