Thomas is a lifesaver: My wive was working on a big project at home. After a very long day, I decided to to bring her a glass of wine.. well things happen and the wine got spilled, on her laptop right as she was finishing for the evening. It was the night before Thanksgiving and she was a wreck. I found Computer Depot on line and called first thing Friday morning. Thomas had her data saved, restored and installed on a new laptop I ran out and bought on the way to his place, all in the same day!! I can’t say enough about this company. Thomas has a customer for life!!!

Not only did Tom know exactly what to do but he went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations for customer service. Water spilt into my laptop bag making my computer inoperable. When I called Tom he already had some ideas of what it was before even looking at it. I was in a bind between a very busy work schedule and needing my computer back up and running to operate my business and Tom made it SO easy. I was able to leave my computer on my front porch for him to pickup and diagnose. He called and sent photos of the damage and told me what his next steps were. The computer was a dud but he assured me he could save all of my data (the most important thing) and he did. He was able to pull off all data. When I say I could hug a perfect stranger-I nearly did. Not only did he do this, he then hand delivered it back to me. All of this took place in the same day. WOAHH!! 10/10 on knowledge, professionalism, customer service and competitive price. He is without a doubt the guy I will turn to with any computer needs. I love supporting other small businesses and THIS one is a no brainer. You will not be disappointed. You saved me from a lot of stress, additional work and had me up and running within 24 hours. Thanks again Tom.

Thomas Carrington custom built a recording pc for my new studio in Florida, he shipped it 911 miles with no issues. It's special, utilizing i9 processors, very quick, absolutely no latency, which is critical in todays recording environment.
