Seriously, I turned my phone in to get it fixed, the only way they will get paid is if I have my phone but here it has taken them over 5 days to "fix" it. This is bull, I should not get charged as much as they are asking for "labor" they haven't done!

Took in my Samsung Galaxy NOTE 5 to get charging port replaced. Their tech guy said he could fix it. So I ordered the part and waited a decent week for the part to come in, understandable. Once the part was there, I gave them the phone to work on it. After 2 days, receive a voicemail stating they basically shattered everything on my phone because the adhesive glue was really tough to get heated up. They also quote me about 300 bucks for ME, not them, to buy new parts so they could replace everything. I called back and argued with the tech guy saying I'm not paying for what they broke on my phone. Their owner, Clifford, finally told the tech guy to just fix it and I only pay labor for the charging port. So now I had to get a new phone for about 2 weeks while they fixed my phone. Thank God Verizon does free loan phones. I get a call after 2 weeks saying its mostly fixed. The back wasn't put on yet so it could be tested and see if any hardware was bad. I came in and took it home to test it. Lighting at the bottom where the buttons are are all messed up now. My headphone jack has a short once in awhile. And the top left of the screen isn't glued properly so it bends upward and can be pushed down easily. I took it in, said I was done getting it fixed and they already messed it up enough. So we get to the bill. The lady tries to charge me for BOTH the part and the labor. I already paid for the part a month ago. She keeps telling me I never did until I show her freaking proof from receipt and my online banking transactions. So she fights until Clifford tells her to just knock off the part. So I pay and they start telling me I basically have a new phone and they spent a lot for my parts. Like I'm going to give them sympathy. If you dont trust yourself to fix something don't do it, also don't stick the bill to the customer for the parts YOU broke, not the customer. If i could rate at a complete 0 I would. Bad customer service, terrible repair, too much of a hassle to get it fixed, accusing me of lieing about the bill. Other things I don't like is their pricing is ridiculous. If you can online shop, do it, you'll save money and time rather than dealing with Best Brands. Only person that works there who was honest about everything was the tech guy. Hope this review helps you decide on whether to do business with them or not!

I had a great experience with Scott who fixed the botched installation job I attempted on my gaming computer. He gave attention above and beyond what I expected and got it working quickly at a reasonable price!

So my family has been buying from this store for over 20 years and spent many dollars there in appliances, sweepers, grills and TVs. Also, their service repair man, Clint Stiens is top notch My husband always tells me to buy local so I have. However, after my experience this week I will never frequent their door step again. I went in to purchase a Holland grill. After 20 minutes, I was finally talked into purchasing an older model which I was okay with as it was a good price. However the box was damaged but I was assured it was "okay". When I asked if could be put together I was told there was a charge (which there has never been before) so I decided go ahead and take home. After my husband opened to assemble found it was missing parts and there were dents in the hood. Needless to say I loaded it all back up to take back to the store to return and was planning on ordering a different one. However upon arriving at the store the sales person was very apologetic and was ready to give me a refund and all would of been well but then here comes Mr. McNair out of back . He looked at the empty boxes says "what's going on here ". I said well it was missing parts and was dented. He then said well where's the grill? His salesperson then said "it was missing a base ". Mr Mc Nair then criticized his sales person in front of me for "not getting the right base" (even though he had been helping this guy on Tuesday get me the right things) and then walked to the back. He never once apologized for giving me an out dated grill or the poor service. He never offered to assist me with figuring out if I could get a different grill or to make up for the inconvenience of my husband having to put the grill together and me hauling it to and from the store. So as I finish this review all I want to say to Mr. Mc Nair, is It is so unprofessional to criticize your salespeople in front of customers and after all of my family's years of service with your business I deserved better treatment. I've put up with your rudeness in the past because I wanted to keep my money local but needless to say this was the last straw. I will never purchase another thing from your business.

They were contracted for my washer warranty repair and the day of my appointment I tried to call them and no answer after multiple calls. No show no call for my appointment I would not recommend them when they can't do the job they are contracted for or provide any customer service confirmation of appointment
