These people have been so good to us. They have repaired our phones many times over the years. My phone wouldn’t work. He said it needed cleaning up. He did it right away. He was very knowledgeable. He said it was no charge but I gave him a tip for such great service.

Nice, clean place. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was even kind enough to bring me tissues after I got in my car because he noticed I was sick. I'd highly recommend the store and the employee that was there. I dropped my phone and soup and it the existing chargers I had wouldn't charge my phone. But, he helped me discover that the charging cable and brick I was using was not strong enough, so I was able to purchase a cable and a brick from the store. They're working great! I'd recommend this store.

Called prior to coming to ensure they had a replacement battery for my phone. Was told they had one on location. Dropped off my phone and upon returning, they had dismantled my phone only to discover they didn't in fact have a battery and that one would have to be ordered. Not sure I'd trust these people to do a thorough job.

This guy was not good. I took my phone in to get the screen and back glass replaced and he ordered the parts. He let me know they were in and I told him I'd be there on Saturday, I showed up during operating hours and no one was there. He contacted me later the next week to let me know the parts were in and I told him I would come in again on Saturday. HE WAS CLOSED AGAIN!! I finally make it in the next weekend and drop off my phone, to have the screen and back glass replaced. I go back to the store after a few hours and he informs me that the back glass he ordered wasn't a back glass but a case and then tells me he replaced the screen, but now it has a line in it and didn't have touch functionality(it previously worked fine was just stained). He said he wasn't going to invest more money into fixing it and said he couldn't help me and gave me back my broken phone. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES
