Excellent customer service. I got my battery replaced, and it was way cheaper than Best Buy quoted me for with my total tech membership. Additionally, they only had it for a couple of hours versus waiting for days or a week to get my laptop back. Highly recommend and very happy to have found a local computer crew for all my needs!

I really wish I could leave a better review, but I cannot. I decided to go with CAT computers because they had great reviews, and I'd much rather patronize a local business than the Geek Squad. Basically spent $300 to repair a cracked screen on a laptop with motherboard issues. They wanted another $400 to repair the motherboard. The only resolve I was offered was "well, you could try to sell it on ebay...." Total waste of time and money.

For a 76 year old it is vital to have an IT person, who can work through the computer's requirements. Robert removed an anti-virus program, installed a better one, changed Windows 10 to 11 and cleaned up a few other problems. It made life so much easier for me to have confidence in someone who could take care of this (and at an affordable cost). I would highly recommend using his services.

This was my first time using CAT Computers, and it was a positive experience from beginning to end. My Surface Laptop went kaput and they were able to start working on it within a day of dropping it off. At one point, I thought I'd have to buy a new computer. It took a few days to get it up and running again, but they did it! I highly recommend their services. They are a professional company with great communication skills.
