uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I went in for an issue with my laptop not charging, and the man at the desk was very helpful with diagnosing the problem. The issue I have is with the repair, my laptop now has scratches on the casing and the charging port is no longer flush with the hole. The laptop does charge now, I just wish you would have been more careful during the repair

If I can give them zero stars I would but unfortunately have to settle for 1. My husband brought my laptop to them in the beginning of January for a broken screen. We were told they need to order a new screen. 2 weeks went by without a word so we called and they said that the distributor sent the wrong screen and then need the correct one to be sent.First issue…Why weren’t we called to be notified of the set back? In the end we just went with it and they said the new part should be on its way. a week later we received an email telling us they are in able to fix it with no explanation. so my husband went to pick up the laptop and of course they misplaced our charging cord and we were told they couldn’t get a screen from a reliable source. we then took our laptop to a new place and within 3 days the screen was repaired and we found out that Ubreakifix had actually caused more damage to our motherboard that was cause by someone trying to replace the screen when they didn’t know what they were doing and now we don’t know if the laptop can be fixed. Of course when confronted with the other companies finding they are denying they did anything wrong. my husband will be going to the store tomorrow to talk with their district manager and I’ll keep you posted. our question is if the part was never there in first place why was work done on the laptop which caused more damage????

The store on Manchester rd. is awesome. My galaxy flip 4 screen protector delaminates from the screen every few months. This store is the only one I can find that can and will replace the screen protector. All the other repair stores I call either give me the "we don't have them in stock" excuse or refuse to work on my phone. This store is a bit of a drive from my home but it's well worth it. Thank you, uBreakiFix. It's always fast friendly service and advice. I would recommend checking with them for any of your cell phone repair needs.

Went in for a Samsung Z Fold 5 interior screen protector replacement. I was assisted by Kyle D. THIS IS A CERTIFIED SHOP FOR THIS REPLACEMENT. The screen replacement was covered by samsung, which was great. Otherwise, it would have been about $22. I was quoted a wait time of one hour, and I walked out at that 60-minute mark, which is always great. They also threw in a small cleaning in exchange for this review. Overall, everything is good except for small areas of bubbling under the screen protector. This is especially present at the bottom left corner. It appears the left side is due to the screen protector not being placed directly in the center and instead placed on the left edge. I must specify that these are small errors. If I had to pay I would have asked for the small spots to worked a bit more but considering it was covered and knowing I'll have to do it again in roughly a year I'm sure it will cure with pressure applied aside form the left edge application. Overall, I am happy and will return when the service is next due. Thank you, Kyle D! UPDATE: Less than three hours later and the second screen protector is forming lines in the center of the screen. I had to have a new screen protector put on because the previous one lasted less than 3 hours before making crackling sounds and forming bubbles/lines from top to bottom. They said they think they received a bad batch of these interior screen protectors, which is what caused the defect as well as being so far off center. It being placed on the left edge is creating a bubble in the bottom corner that I worry will get progressively worse in time. They said they would contact me after recieve new interior screen protectors and will replace it a second time. I am leaving the review at four stars for now due to the current conditions and will change it after the final screen protector is applied. As well as update the post.

Great experience. The woman, who I assume was a manager, was short staffed due to snow. She had several people in the store and was able to fix my issue quickly while answering the phone and dealing with incoming customers.
