William did a fantastic job at fixing my phone screen quickly and was very kind. Took 30 minutes tops. They also accept and gave me a military discount. I will be returning if I ever have any issues! 10/10 would recommend

First of all, I feel fortunate after reading some of the other reviews. My first experience was positive. Took a phone in with a virus, the gentleman had it for 3 hours and he had it back to normal. He sold me on the subscription for all electronics at home. Second experience was another phone with virus, but this time I was told they usually don't work on phones from Tmobile but they would try. I called 24 hrs later and they "had been super swamped the day before and didn't get to it". Called the next day and they still hadn't got to it because repair was mislabeled as a laptop. Day 3 I went back and payed $40 to get the phone back after they determined it would just need a factory reset. I went home and YouTube taught me how to clean the phone for free. Lesson learned. Home electronic repair subscription cancelled.

the service rep. was excellent .. He explain what could be wrong and the what could be done to fix the phone.. Of which although cheaper to fix the old phone with my sone in college we would have to wait a couple days to dry it out and get repair parts.. that said they had available the same phone in a rebuilt for only 150$ more.. which for my son replacing it and having a phone with a year warranty ready was a good option... iPhone 12 for 399$ was a pretty good deal.. i have had items repaired before and they don't disappoint but this time I felt it was better to just replace at that price point.

I took my phone into the liberty store to have the outside glass repaired. I returned to pick up my phone the glass was not repaired and now the touch screen no longer works. I asked staff about the touch screen Not working and I was told if I wanted it fixed I had to pay 600.00. The touch screen worked when I took the phone in for repair. I do not recommend taking your phone to this store for repair

I brought in a device last month and paid almost $200.00 for the repair. I was told that I would get the device back that same week, and I could expect a phone call and email when it was ready to pick up. A week rolled by and I hadn’t heard back, so I called and was told they had sent it out to a third party to fix it. I didn’t mind, but was a little frustrated that no one cared enough to let me know. I was told it would take about another week. So, I waited the full week. Heard nothing. I called again and they said it would take another three business days. I heard nothing and decided to give them another week on top of that. Nothing. I called and they told me that they had received my device, but that they had to send it back because the third-party company repaired the wrong part, and because of this, I could be charged again. I immediately requested to speak to the manager. Will was very nice, respectful, and understood my frustration. He told me I wouldn’t be charged again, and he would personally call me when my device was back. Another week passed by, and I finally got the call from him that it was ready to pick up. I was so excited! But unfortunately, it doesn't end there. I go pick up my device and drive all the way home... only to find that the staff member gave me someone else’s device. I called up to tell them, and they apologized by saying that sometimes they read numbers wrong.. lol. I went all the way back and finally got my device. It is working great. The staff here are very nice, and you can tell that they are trying, but I feel they could benefit from more training regarding customer experience and communication. I do not think I will be coming back to this location solely because of this. Yes, they fixed my device, but this process altogether was so unorganized, confusing and unprofessional.
