Currently on hold going on 40mins, still have yet to speak with a person. 46mins got to talk to someone who struggles with English and thinks 8pm is afternoon. Start in on the issue and phone call was ended before I could finish. No call back from them and hold 2nd time for 30mins thus far....Atrocious customer service

Cannot express how disappointed in them I am right now. My work computer went down Thursday night. I called them Friday and was very clear with them about my needs. The guy that answered told me multiple times that the board I needed was a normal stock item and the repair could be made that day or at worst within 24 hours. I made an appointment for 420 today. Walked in and handed a kid my computer, told him my story, and he told me they font do in store repairs and they just send it to their service center with a 2 to 3 week minimum. Needless to say they have a very upset former customer. Good communication and upfront honesty is all I ask, definitely not what I recieved.

Had a problem with a scam situation from a fraudulent Geeksquad email. Called the real Geeksquad and paid for a service to clean my computer. It was a little difficult to understand the representatives accent, but he was polite and knowledgeable.

My computer broke and couldn't be repaired so they replaced it. During the diagnosing and repair attempts not only did I get email notifications, I also got phone calls with updates on the status of my old computer. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The staff was extremely helpful and patient in setting up my new computer and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.

Had to replace my old computer. The Geek Squad techs that helped me were pleasant, polite, and professional! They gave me several options for a new computer, and helped me to download the files from my old computer to the new one, so I didn't lose any important documents or photos! They made a difficult situation much easier!!
