Anderson Computer Consultants have done screen repair work on cell phones for me. I have worked with them a couple of times and both times they have been exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They repaired the screen perfectly, and the screen protectors were applied perfectly too. Great prices and nice folks to work with! The downside is that it seems they take zero responsibility for mistakes made while working on your device. If something goes wrong, you may end up buying a new one.
