Horrible experience first time there and last time there i bought a laptop on October 7th took it home did not charge at all went back the next morning walked in they already knew just set the charger on the counter and walked away computer still gave warning that the charger was not right come to find out it had a bad battery other settings would not work took it back on Monday October 12th the lead technician said they shouldn't even sold it like that did not get my money back till Tuesday morning only got a third of it back and didn't get the last of it back till Tuesday afternoon because they didn't have the money in the store or in the bank you cannot run a business without money and then they want to keep $26 of my money because the manager said there was nothing wrong with it but the technician said it should have been sold like that and here's the pictures to prove it and to show what the computer said I was ripped off didn't even get a full refund because on the receipt it said non affected item gets a charge for reshelving fee mine was defected should have got all my money back 100%

When my son accidentally shattered my iPad Pro screen I was so sad! Thankfully, I contacted Fresh Tech and they fixed my screen the same day! They were professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

This guy is amazing! He fixed my cracked iPad & it was super affordable. Apple quoted me over 200 more than he charged because it was out of warranty. Thank you!

These gentlemen truly know there business!! They are honest, kind and polite every time I go in there. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to them. They definitely have my business from now on. And they are also very fair about their prices and won’t try to beat you out of your money . Very nice gentleman 😊😊
