Great service, but I had to get a part ordered from them for my Steam Deck and had to wait 3 weeks for it to come in and to be able to start the repair. That kinda sucked, but is of no fault of the store. The repair itself was extremely fast and staff was always friendly. Maybe just call and ask if they have the part you need if you don't wanna wait weeks

I went to this store nearly 6 (or more) months ago to have my Mac fixed. I believe the person who helped me was named Thor? Anyway, he was amazing and my computer is functioning perfectly since! Highly recommend- took little time and they were able to help me right away.

I made an appt at the North KC store for a battery replacement. He asked what phone it was and what i needed done. He gave me a price and an estimated turnaround time of 30-45 minutes. I said I'd like to go ahead and make an appt because I'm coming from about 50 miles N of KC. When i got to the spot the clerk had to go check if they even had the battery. That was my first red flag. But he came back last in hand. Whew! But then he said the price was about 10 more than what i had been wired. And that the turnaround time was 2-3 hours rather than the 30-45 min i was quoted. And when i told him that's not what i was told. He suggested i must not have called this store because nobody there would have said that. So basically, now I'm an idiot or a liar. Needless to say, I couldn't hang out for 2-3 hours. And I found someone else to do the work. So, they may do good work. But I got a run around from the get-go. If say shop around.

I needed a new screen for my Samsung Flip Z, they gave me a qoute , ordered the part and let me know when it arrived. I dropped it off when they opened and five hours later it was as good as new. Outstanding at every level. Highly recommend you trust them with you repair needs.
