THIS IS THE BEST PHONE REPAIR STORE IN THE CITY! Yesterday I accidentally broke my phone’s screen badly! This wasn’t a little break it was a very bad break. I went to my phone provider and they wanted to get me a new phone for $695. We decided to give NKC Phone Repair a shot before we spent almost $700. We came in at 5:30pm and a sweet man said I can fix this for $65 give me 30 minutes. What?! We came back in 30 minutes and my phone was like new for one tenth of what my provider wanted. I hope we don’t have a phone issue again but if we do this is the place we will go! Don’t waste your time go to NKC Phone Repair!

I took my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in. I wasn't able to charge my phone plus I was not able to make calls. I took it in and they were able to fix my charging issue. They were not able to fix my issue with making calls. They were upfront and honest with me. They told me they could send it out to get repaired but it would cost a lot to do so. They were honest and said I was better off buying another phone. I appreciate their honesty. Also very friendly and nice to talk to. I would most certainly recommend this store. I would go back if I need any phone repaired. I hope they will do well!

I got here 10 mins before they open ( 11a on sun)... its niw 11:22a and no one ever came to open the store. They also do not answer the cell phone number attached to the store phone #. Waste of time 🙄

I came by yesterday to see if I could get a new charging port for my phone (mine wasn’t working anymore), and Humayun was able to replace it on the spot!! Was in and out in 45 minutes. Definitely the best place to go in town for phone repairs. Super kind, professional, and prices you cannot beat. I recommend to anyone in the KC area. Thank you Humayun!! :)

Called around to 5 or 6 different repair shops to get a iPhone screen replaced. This was by far the most affordable price. I went by the shop and dropped off the phone. It was fixed within 20 minutes and the new screen looks great and it works just like new. Great customer service, next time my phone cracks, I will return!
