Great people who understand the struggles seniors have with technology. They are patient and very helpful. The price was was below what I had expected and I picked it up the same day. I'll sleep better now knowing I have a pro to get rid of the "face of doom" when it pops up on my pc.

Ripped me off! Took my laptop in 5 months i paid $185 to be fixed ..here we are only 5 months later and its doing what it did before i specifically needed certain files kept… i pay an additional $75 because apparently they did not fix it right the first time. I bring it home and all my important files on my desktop are gone cant find them anywhere. Im very depressed there were keepsakes on there since right after my son passed away that i saved completely wiped out!!! All gone because i went to the wrong place to get it fixed. I should sue!!

Everything i buy is always serviced here.. Definitely very informative in the best for whatever issues and resolutions.. I figured they have to fix it then.. lol Have a business and they have not done me wrong in an any avenue.. They also help me pick out what's best for my business program and computers.. Definitely a friendly staff to boot..
