Here to pick up my part they fixed . It's Saturday morning time 9:15 am and no one is here . Hours I was told was 9:00 am to 2pm I drove 30 miles over here from my hometown because they said my part was ready and that they where open today . Wasted trip for nothing ! Why tell me to come on over Saturday morning if they are not going to be open ! Very unhappy about this ! My time and money is just as valuable as there's. Have a blessed day everyone .

Efficient, friendly service with great tips. They have everything you need and get things done quickly. The Technology Center can help you with your home computer or your work computer. I have had great service for both. Highly recommend you look there before you buy if you want to really save money on a pre-owned computer that has been thoroughly cleaned up and tested - as well as great monitors.

Don't let the Christian cross on their sign fool you, Jesus wouldn't be happy about the way these foreign scammers do business. Dealing with these unprofessional people was extremely stressful. It took $140, 4 weeks, and 4 trips back and forth to fix a problem that another more experienced and reputable computer repair company could have fixed quickly. Most of what they actually did was correct errors they made when they "repaired" it before. They convinced me to wipe my data because it was the easiest fix and I trusted them. They installed the wrong version of Windows and I had to come back, then they forgot to give me my charger and I had to come back, and then forgot to check why the laptop was overheating. Their way of checking to make sure my computer worked after installing a new hard drive was by simply turning it on. I had my laptop back from them the 3rd time and I couldn't even send an email because it would shut off. The "manager" kept insisting my laptop worked as it's shutting down after 10 minutes of being on which was extremely insulting. The "manager" knew very little about what work the technicians did or fixed. Nothing was documented, communication in English was a major barrier, I asked for a receipt to be emailed and I still don't have an invoice. I have a feeling these people are scammers using Christian symbols to create a false sense of trust, which is predatory and disgusting. I regret trusting these people with my personal data.

Matthew is an excellent tech guru. Dont let Martha's soft voice fool you, she's also very good as well. Matthew is why I do business with local small business companies. I get to deal with one person and they care about what their customers experience is like. The Technology Center did a subperb job building me a computer and I couldnt be happier. Its super quiet and very fast
