Brian when above and beyond in addressing the issue with my wife's iPhone. He was up front and honest and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He even stayed after the closing time to ensure I got the phone back the same day. It's hard to find service like this anywhere and I will definitely tell others and bring my other devices here. Thank you so much Brian. I went in a few weeks ago as my daughter's iPhone 11's screen was responsive. Ethan was able to diagnose the issue and get the phone operational again. Thank you Sir!

I brought my phone in to get the back glass replaced and new battery. Was almost $300. When I picked up the phone my microphone didn’t work at all. I couldn’t record any video or call anyone. I brought it back to get it fixed. After I picked it up videos with bright lights or change in brightness make the screen go black and I can’t see the video. After a few months my microphone is messing up again and have a buzzing sound in videos. If I have my phone on speaker on calls there is so much background noise. Honestly not worth the money spent.

iProtect saved the day! I smashed my screen and my phone could no longer Face ID. They had my replacement screen in stock and were able to replace my screen with in an hour. Cost was a fraction that of a new phone. Plus Apple is currently not producing any mini phones so there is not a comparable replacement.
