VIC's PC Shop

I have used Vic multiple times through the years on updates, broke screens, and other repairs. I understand it is just him so I am patient and know sometimes may be quicker than others. If you want someone who isn't going to gouge you on cost, give you good products, and makes sure you understand issues this is the man to go to.

Vic used to be very reliable but that is no longer the case. I prepaid for services from Vic. I was looking to get a new hard drive for my computer with more space as programs were crashing due to lack of space. I paid in advance over $300. He told me he would call me when the hard drive came in and he never did. I have been put off by him on multiple occasions sighting personal matters but have never received the services or my money back. When I call he does not answer and does not return my calls. He essentially scammed me out of my money in October of 2021. It is now December of 2022 and I still don’t have my computer fixed and I lost out on $300 with no attempt from Vic to make it right. He has fixed computers for me in the past so I am highly shocked and disappointed by this behavior and I now know I cannot work with him in the future or refer anyone to him due to this lack of respect and professionalism. Zero stars from me going forward.

We are very happy with Vic's PC Shop ! We needed a screen replacement for my HP ProBook laptop. We called the shop, he asked a couple questions, checked his inventory, gave us a price. We gave him our name, told him we would pick it up before 6pm today. Excellent service ! Thank you so much. As you can see, I am back up and running on my computer. Thanks again !

Vic is a dependable. He has worked on both laptops and desktops for me. I do not expect overnight turn around, but he generally has things within a day. So far he has not failed to provide great service. As far as repair costs, he is comparable to others, and more importantly I trust his judgement. He worked withing my budget and offered parts alternatives when applicable. A valued repairman for our city, he is sometimes difficult to reach, but when you are in demand we have to work around it.

Vics PC wasnt what I expected. It was so much better he was very attentive and knows so much! I recommend going here. I took my Xbox One S to get the power supply fixed. He did it right on the spot. Thank you and very good priced.
