Went in yesterday and the two young guys there were total jerks no respect and very rude. They kept trying to push the motorola phones which I kept saying did not want, they were junk, I told them several times I was interested in a couple other android phones but they always made excuses why not to get them and the prices did not match what they were telling me.

Went here about a month ago to get a new phone. The one gentlemen there was very helpful letting me take almost 45 minutes comparing two phones of interest and helping me decide which one to get. Overall a nice place with a neat selection of electronics. I will be back!

I didn't even know this place existed until recently. When I walked in, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The nostalgia, along with all the modern items, and atmosphere was just simply amazing. Customer service was top tier. This place is perfect. I fully intend on returning time and time again. My wallet is going to hate me

If you are looking for retro games in the KC Metro area, Re-cell is one of the best surviving options. The prices are better on average than a lot of online options and they have a pretty healthy selection. If they don’t have what you are looking for, there is another fantastic game store a couple minutes drive away and they are both pretty close to Cargo Largo. If you want to have a day out shopping for physical games, Re-cell is your best first stop.

I was referred to this store by one of their employees (Elijah). He had posted a Nintendo Switch on Facebook marketplace for sale via his personal Facebook account for $150, this price was a little steep considering you can get a factory refurbished one from Nintendo directly for the same price. I asked Elijah about the condition and he told me it was in great condition, I also asked him if the price was negotiable? He just replied “maybe”, whatever that means. He then Just said $140 and provided me the address of the store. Upon visiting the store there was a sign on the display case that said “switch lite - $120”. Still, I asked to look at the switch that was pictured in the marketplace ad, to my surprise it was in pretty rough condition. Elijah, then told me they had a nicer one but it had just sold. But this was the exact one pictured that he’d previously told me me was in great shape. As far as the store goes, they do have a huge selection but it doesn’t seem they make any effort to clean or recondition anything that they have. The staff was friendly enough, however blatantly dishonest.
