PC & Cellular Repair

Paid $100 for them to check my PC, and not only did they fail to fix the issue, but I don’t even think they touched anything inside. My power cables and components looked completely untouched when I got it back. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. Now, I have to spend over a grand to buy a whole new PC because they couldn’t even diagnose the issue properly. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money.

I gave this place 5 stars a year ago and if I could give them more than that today I would! After being locked out of my phone for over 20 hours they got me back in less than 10 minutes!! Never been disappointed!! This is the best place to go for used phones as well.

I have had a few phones fixed through PC Cellular but this most recent time has been a nightmare... I had my Google Pixel 7 Pro screen replaced and I was told that the aftermarket screen would work just as good for 120 dollars instead of the OEM screen which was 220. I went ahead and gave them my phone to repair. Upon returning to get my phone(which took 3 days and I was told 1) the lady up front tried to charge me 220 dollars. I argued with her and she said I'd have to wait ANOTHER day to get my phone until the original tech who quoted me comes back to work to verify he quoted me 120. She finally called me back same day and acted like she did me a favor by calling him on his off day to verify the quote. I drove back again and paid 120 for them to return my phone they held hostage. Turns out... The screen was faulty and had dead pixels and would change colors and black out entirely until I would hard reset the phone by holding the power button. The fingerprint scanner I explicitly asked to make sure they calibrate also didn't work. I took it in the next day and it took them an entire day to "replace" the screen. When I returned to get my phone, the same screen protector was on my phone but the lady said he just peeled it off and put it on the new screen. The tech admitted to me when I called back he did not replace the screen and he just tested the screen for functionality. I tried bringing my phone back after the holidays because they were closed all week and I didn't want to go without a phone for a whole week. Now she is acting like I need to bring my receipt in knowing I didn't have it in the first place and AFTER she offered to look it up because of all the issues I've had with them. Not to mention the first time I brought it back I had my receipt and they didn't replace the screen. I will NEVER do business with PC Cellular after this horrible experience.
