Ez Phone N pc repairs

I walked in with not one phone but two phones. He quoted me a two-ish hour window. Fixed! Absolutely repaired both and mine was the worst and broke it that day. My son thinks he has a new phone right now. Seriously. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

BUYER BE WARE!!!! I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max in on Saturday to have my cracked screen repaired. After leaving my phone for an hour I returned to pick up the phone. Before I left out the parking lot there was an error about the display. I went back in the store before leaving the parking lot and the store owner told me this was normal whenever a new screen is installed and just press OK. I leave the premises and the phones freezes and doesn’t recognize the Face ID. I take the phone back and the owner tells me he would refund all of the money except $60 for his labor. Make it make sense as I’m out of $60 and still have a cracked phone after he didn’t solve the issue. Poor Business!!!! Buyer Be Ware!!!!

I called about an hour before close to see how much it was for the service I needed, the phone was answered quickly and I was given the info I needed, got in the car and headed up. I was the only other person there, was taken care of immediately, had my service done in 10 minutes and was out the door happy with a new-to-me device! Working perfectly and couldnt be happier, was so satisfied I came back a second time to get a couple other necessities and am happy with those as well. Highly recommend!
