I had an absolute terrible and stressful experience with Jim only. Facts only here... I took my laptop in because I was having issues with it tweaking and I told him that I needed the touchpad replaced. It also had issues highlighting. I was told by John that it was a user issue(meaning it was me who didn't know how to operate the laptops applications properly). He said he would run some tests and let me know what's going on. When I got it back, he not only said there was nothing wrong but also downloaded a different copilot than I originally had WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. And I hated it. The only good thing I have to say is that he only charged me for the time it took to run the tests. I then took it back to him because the same issues were happening. It tweaked (the cursor would move and highlight by itself) and I again told him it was the touchpad and I wanted it replaced anyway(although yet again, he told me there wasn't anything wrong with it and I didn't use it right). He replaced the touchpad for me.... after I paid for it, I brought it back again because the touchpad stopped working completely as if I didn't even have one on my laptop. I had to get a mouse and use it... He replaced the touchpad the second time and agreed that the software didn't recognize that it had one at all, so he replaced it. When I get my laptop back for the third time, I am so unbelievably upset because now!... I can highlight and copy with my laptops touchpad but I will not allow me to paste it. I have to use the ctrl 2 key instead. My issue is that first, he told me I was crazy and I was the problem when I wasn't. My laptop was tweaking and I never once dropped it. Then, he worked on it and it still doesn't work properly as it did before I gave it to him. AND he told me he cannot remove the copilot application because everyone has switched to it now, which I DO NOT BELIEVE. I am pissed and I am fighting taking it back just because I am so upset with him I might overreact.

My wife’s computer wasn’t allowing her to use it. CPR was able to diagnose it & removed her old AOL account. Apparently AOL had a new update version. CPR was able to keep her other files & she didn’t lose anything. All she had to do when she got her computer back was add the newer AOL version. Professional, knowledgeable & affordable. Glad we didn’t have to buy another computer!

This place was absolutely amazing! The price was very affordable. My dad's phone screen was shattered. They were able to get all his data off his old phone, and transfer it to the new one. 10/10 recommend this place!!

Amazing service and it was quick too! I’m deaf and hard of hearing and they was incredibly patient with me in explaining things and took the time to repeat themselves allowing me to read their lips. Would definitely come back

Helpful staff. Kept me updated the entire time on the status of the repair while I waited. They were unable to repair but they did a good job diagnosing issues and doing their best to repair
