Chad worked over the weekend to recover my data. And even though I asked him to work on a couple of other issues, he did not change his fee. Just picked up my laptop and I am beyond happy with the service all around. Very affordable and quick. My charger port was broken (by me, not very smart lol) and I first brought it to BestBuys Geek Squad because a buddy of mine told me they could fix it. They took one look at it and said it couldn’t be fixed. I was distraught- until my boyfriend referred me to Access Computer Repair, and he had it fixed in one day!!
