EleetTech is now located in The Factory. It is a great addition to the local businesses already there. Scott is super friendly and was happy to tell me about his shop. They sell a variety of peripherals that every computer lover needs. My favorite part, though, is that you can rent time on a variety of computers for things such as online gaming. As a gamer and the spouse of someone looking for a new gaming computer, I found this extremely interesting. It is almost a "try before you buy" setup. This feature of the store allows a gamer to try different builds and see what fits their gaming style. I can't wait to go back when I have more time to check out what they offer. And, you can bring your own peripherals and headset. (I asked. 🙂) So go check them out!

Called to see if they offered financing for their PCs, sad that they didn't offer it anymore and was going to see about upgrading what I already had, and they hung up on me mid conversation. Kinda rude..

The phone system is a labyrinth of AI chatter. Was not able to get any assistance. Zero customer service or any way to interact with a human. I'm not even sure this is a real business.

Fantastic service and support. Extremely helpful and great customer service. Used in our family business for computer, networking, and IP phones, and custom built home computer ... you cant get any better than this company.
