They provide really great service! Bunny was the one who helped me pick out a great accessory for my phone! She was really kind and informative. 10/10 recommend!!

Purchased a case, two screen protectors and a camera lenses protector a week ago. Screen protector is already cracked, and lenses protector is awful. The case looked nice but after taking it off, it’s flimsy and cheap. I also found the same screen protectors on Amazon for literally $5. This is a huge scam. I’ve tried calling and emailing, and no responses. Definitely not worth what we paid, and I’m going to try to dispute my charges. I just want my money back for this cheap stuff.

We paid $130 to have an iPod screen replaced. Initially they said it would take 5 days to fix it. We never heard from them so we stopped in and were told the part wasn’t in yet. They then realized they didn’t have our phone number to contact us and we gave it to them. Today, we picked it up after it had been there at least two weeks. While the screen is new, they are saying the bottom part of the frame is bent so the screen won’t lay flat. They are claiming it happened when the screen broke, but we never noticed nor saw that and were not warned of that when we first dropped it off. The home button is now extremely hard to push. We should have just purchased a new one off of eBay. $130 later and it’s barely functioning. My husband wasn’t even offered a discount nor other options. Do not trust this place.

The attendant at the counter was friendly enough to make it seem like I was getting a good deal but after doing some research it appears I was lied to in regards to the earbuds I purchased not being noise cancelling and also charging me just over 100% of retail value. Top that off with no refunds and they’ve got a nice little scam.
