iGenie Repair

I have an iPhone and the connector was not working. I worried that I was going to have to get a new port put on. I’ve now taken the same phone in twice over the course of about 3 years, and it’s been a simple cleaning that takes a minute and he never charges me. Very knowledgeable about how the phone works and the different issues I’m having with it and how to fix. I would recommend starting here with any problem!

I took my iPhone 14 to get the screen fixed. Turns out there was more damage so the worker had to order parts two times. I still feel like I got my phone back at a reasonable time and a really good price. The worker looked grumpy but I think that’s just his face lol he was super nice and straight forward. Would definitely recommend iGenie :) but hopefully I never have to see them again lol

So I have been dreading taking my iPhone into a shop for the last 6 or so months. Called up another company prior and they said they’ve never been successful with my models problem w/o causing additional damage and refers me out to the Genie. I call him up last 30minutes of his day and he tells me he can fix it no sweat, no charge. So I went there hoping to call his bluff and let me tell you he fixed it in less time than it took me to get down there. Completely worry free, don’t need to get a new phone, and I’m beyond satisfied
