I live over 50 miles from the store...took my cellphone in to get camera module installed on a Wednesday...internet was down. That's happens and understandable. Made appointment for the following day. Arrived at store, internet up and running...they took my phone and info, I paid over $100 (even with Apple Care +) and was told it would be ready in two hours. Two hours later I'm back at the store and was told there was an "issue"...When opening the back of my phone for repair, the "technician" broke the glass and no in-stock replacement. Apple would be over-nighting a replacement. It's now Saturday night...tried calling about phone status...got the calling center gestapo and was told "they're still working on it". So...I've been without a phone now for over 48 hours, charged over $100 (don't even want to guess the amount without insurance!!!), over 200 road miles racked up and now no idea WHEN I'll get my phone back!!!! (Did I mention that the phone is also my business phone???) I also work part-time as a radio DJ with a substantial listener base...so I'll be talking it up on my show FOR SURE!!! Will never go back again and will no recommend to anyone...

Honestly? It's been a while since I went in. They were freindly and knew what they were doing. Got me a great laptop too. But then I ended up accedently dropping it. Destroyed the screen, and they were able to replace it with ease! No extras, no hidden agenda. Just honest guys who do honest work. Then again I may have just got a lucky break reading the other comments. But overall I was happy. The laptop died 3 weeks ago though about to head back today

Had an issue with my tv, geek squad came out twice in 3 week period and absolutely no issues are resolved. I thought these techs are suppose to be experts, I suppose I was wrong. I am now going over 3 weeks without being able to stream on my tv.

Terrible service. Called with technical question and couldn't get a good answer. Plus the 3 people I talked to didn't even know the product info I called about. Couldn't even reach a person in the cape store to talk to by phone. Very disappointed Best Buy.

Paid for a monthly plan on my phone purchased from Best Buy. The phone fell off of the motorcycle and got ran over. Took the broken phone in. Without them even touching the device they determined that the damage was considered a "total loss" and not covered under the warranty. Paid $2,000 for 2 phones and paid a monthly premium for insurance on both just to find out they don't actually back their accidental breakage plan. Would not recommend waisting your money.
