Micro Center

I truly enjoy shopping at this store. Whether it’s the prices or the vast selection of electronics, they consistently offer great deals on almost everything. The prices are reasonable, and the majority of the staff members are extremely helpful—some even go above and beyond. One employee, in particular, always assists me and stands out for his knowledge of network connections. He’s honest about whether I’m overspending, which I really appreciate. While I understand that employees likely earn commissions, the effort and expertise that some of them put in make it worthwhile. Their knowledge makes a significant difference in the shopping experience. I highly recommend this place. I’m willing to travel 30 to 45 minutes just to shop here instead of going to Best Buy because this store offers more options that suit my needs. I do wish they would use bags more often, but it seems like they have started offering them. Also, the clearance section is fantastic, with a great variety of options! Highlights: Great prices and wide selection of electronics Helpful and knowledgeable staff (especially with networking advice) Honest recommendations, not just pushing sales Better options compared to big-box stores like Best Buy Fantastic clearance section with a lot of deals Bags could be more available, but they may be improving this when you finish buying. Overall, this store is worth the trip, and I’ll continue shopping here!

I dropped about 3K on a custom computer build and couldn't be happier. Normally I build my own computer, research all the parts, enjoy the process of playing with my new toys. I run two businesses now, have kids and I just don't have the time or the mental bandwidth to do any of that. So with some hesitation I just trusted the guys at micro center to recommend my parts once I told them what kind of workstation PC I needed to build. After some consultation, they recommended a parts list and put it together same day. My new machine is an absolute beast, super fast, you can handle anything I need to work on quickly. I had a couple little issues that they quickly helped me get the answer to and resolve. Great support after the sale. Afterwards I did some price checking online for the parts I bought and micro center is really competitive with their pricing. Almost everything I bought was cheaper than what I could have found through Amazon. It was well worth the PC build fee to have them quickly give me help with putting this project together and then actually doing the work to assemble it. Of course I could have saved some money and bought less expensive components, but this computer workstation was for work and I needed something that really can handle everything I'm going to throw at it. I would definitely go back to Micro Center for my next computer build or pretty much anything computer related at this point. They have a solid crew there and seemed really knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was getting BS. May you guys live long and prosper.

The only Micro Center in Missouri. Computer components, gaming, amazing headphone selection, 3D printers and much more. I came for a Raspberry Pi project for my grandson. They had everything I needed! Worth the trip from St. Charles.

Saved for 3 years and made the trip with my friends. Had a blast. Justin was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a keyboard. I wanted translucent keys and he said if we don’t have one, we’ll build you one. This man deserves a raise! See you guys next time!

This is a fabulous store with almost everything you need for you home technology hardware. They also have a fabulous team for maintenance and repairs on personal computers. They have provided maintenance on my laptop. Also recently I was in a panic because a screen came up on my laptop that indicated it had a virus. I went to Micro Center as soon as it opened afraid I had a bad virus or something The technician looked at it and explained that someone had just put up a fake screen. I was so relieved that it wasn't a hacker. The team and the store in general is the type of store we need in today's environment. I highly recommend the store and the team.
