If I could give 0 stars I would! I dropped off our son’s Xbox over a month ago due to a disk being stuck in it. When I dropped it off they mentioned they could get around to it in a week and I responded “that’s fine no rush.” Well when I called back 2 weeks later after not hearing from them they said they were busy and didn’t get around to it- so I asked when I could expect to hear back, he said they would get to it next week and could expect to hear from them then. I didn’t. Repeat this a couple more times. I was extremely patient but it was clear that our small business wasn’t a priority to them. I was told they had corporate projects come in and other things they had to prioritize and since I said “no rush” over a month ago I guess that meant putting us on the back burner constantly and never sticking with their word of getting it done. Now our boys won’t have a fixed Xbox in time for Christmas. It is sad bc I was referred to them to work on it, but they couldn’t even start the project to get it done. I was very patient, kind and continued to give them the benefit of the doubt but after following up 4 different times- the last time me saying “do I just need to pick it up and take it elsewhere” hoping the response would be no and we will get to it immediately, he said “yes I was going to recommend that” Wasted my time, gas and energy for a company that could care less about the small money to be made. And I was willing to pay whatever to get it fixed. I do not ever recommend going to them. They don’t care!!

I took my computer to Wulf, it was a good decision, I called a few days prior and low and behold I got a phone diagnosis and estimate. Repairs we made and it was returned to me in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the repair, honesty and cost.

The guys there are really nice. My graphics card was having issues and they got me in right away. Had my PC back the next day. Price was fair and they got my PC running great again. Also did a great job cleaning it out, looked brand new when I got it back. Will definitely recommend friends to them.
