Absolutely 5 stars after leaving micro center I got to festus before realizing the didn’t give me my thermal paste that was supposed to come with the cpu I called pctech and asked if they had any to spare and even though they don’t sell it outright they still helped me out in a pinch and was able to spare some for my build I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know that deals with anything computer related

My laptop was hit by a hacker and shut it down. I called PC Tech and received immediate help by Chris! It was amazing how he cleaned things up and secured my laptop. He was very professional and patient with me by explaining things in a way I could comprehend! I would be lost without PC Tech! Great job!
