Two days before Christmas, on a Saturday, my laptop was no longer booting up. I had vital work-related files that I had not backed up for a month. Thankfully, I found the number for Tony and LADesign amidst my panic. Despite being busy with errands and it being a weekend, Tony was able to take my request that morning and then next day (on a Sunday) I had my files in hand. The following day, on Christmas, I had my laptop back. Tony was patient and professional and was able to fix my laptop issues in a very timely manner even during the holiday season. I would highly recommend him if you have any issues with your laptops. In the future I might use his services again if and when I decide to upgrade some hardware for my laptop.
