Someone tried an emailed scam. Staff was helpful and stated they had several people come to Bestbuy to ask if legit but it was not. If you have doubt, best to delete and do not engage.

Good people from my experience. If you do everything right everything will go right. Scheduled an appointment online and an advisor reached out to me to tell me they had the part readily available same day. They had the repair done in a little over 2 hours and although that was a long wait they did it right no questions asked. If I need warranty work done again next time for my phone I know who to choose next time. Thanks!

I bought a car stereo from BB Madison however, the installer there either recycled my old Sirius antenna OR the new antenna from the Sirius tuner was not correctly installed... Either way, my Sirius signal was dropping every few seconds. I can't go back to Madison any time soon due to schedule conflicts. Luckily, Best Buy has a Tupelo store, and since I'm joining the Tupelo half marathon, I've scheduled a Geek Squad appointment there. Kenny was the installer who took care of my problem. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything without belittling the previous installer (speaks so much of his character).

The Geek Squad in Tupelo, Ms are cool but I hate when you have something you want them to put on your vehicle and they try to convince you that its not a good idea just so you can spend hundreds buying their products! Either you gonna do it or not! It is very irritating 😒

Called to set up an appointment to possibly get my tv repaired and was told that I would have to purchase 199.+ warranty to set up an appointment and still pay for my repair. It would have made more sense to pay for the repair then purchase the warranty.
