Scott is really awesome. I called him yesterday with my computer issue and was able to drop it off to him the same day. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Scott unlocked my laptop a few months ago. I located my old laptop that I thought was lost during a move. I couldn't remember my password and I was unable to reset. I called Scott for help. He was very informative and kind. I dropped my laptop over to him and within 45 minutes he managed to unlock my laptop! His price was reasonable and he was very professional.
