I went here at the beginning of the month to get my screen fixed which had blacked out due to me dropping it. Not even a month later my battery started swelling and now my phone does not work unless it is on the charger. There was nothing wrong with my battery prior to him fixing the screen.

My husband just got his screen replaced and now his facial recognition doesn’t work. We went back to the store and the guy said that he must have forgotten to fix the facial recognition part correctly. My husband asked if he could fix it and the guy told him he would have to buy another screen. My husband said but it was your fault. The guy said , I’m sorry. I wouldn’t have given even one star for this lousy service. RIDICULOUS!!

The guys that work here are EXCELLENT! Very explanatory about the process! The winter weather we experienced did put a small delay in the time it took to repair and get back. I was very impressed with the professionalism that I received from everyone! I will definitely be back when another problem occurs with our electronics! Thanks guys! YOUR THE BEST!

The screen on my 2 month old cell phone was black. It would not turn on, hard restart or show that it was charging. I took it back to the cell phone store where I bought it and they told me it looked like I had an internal crack on my screen and since I had insurance I would have to file a claim. It would probably take 5 days or more before I received a new phone & I probably should just buy another phone & then try to return my 2 month old phone. I left & went to CPR. I had barely finished explaining what was going on with my phone when it was handed back to me good as new! The repairman knew exactly what was wrong & that it simply needed to be charged with a 20 watt charger. This has been my second time this year to use CPR and I have been extremely pleased with their service both times. Next time (because I know there will be one) I am bypassing the cell phone store & going straight to CPR.

They messed up my mom’s phone, I definitely wouldn’t recommend. My mom phone had water damage which caused the screen to go black. She went to CPR of Hattiesburg in hopes to get her phone fixed, instead they did the opposite. Not even two days after getting the screen fixed, it began to gain green and black spots. Her phone started freezing and blacking out, but it would come back on. Eventually her screen officially went black and did not come back on. No, this isn’t her fault at all, because a week and a half later a guy from AT&T came and fixed the phone and screen that CPR OF HATTIESBURG destroyed. I don’t know if CPR OF HATTIESBURG placed parts of the phones in the incorrect area, but I do know that they annihilated this phone. Also my mom and sister paid $300 for a screen that couldn’t last a week. AT&T made them pay $30. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!
