I know they are good at their job but there isn't a phone number that goes to this store in Gulfport, MS. It redirects to either a different country or some other place. Guys please get a business phone so customers who spend tons of their hard earned money can reach you directly and not have to go through robot calls and trying to understand foreign accents. I just want to be able to speak to the Store I bought my electronics from. SO please hire a telephone company to install a system in your store and have someone on hand to answer the calls.

Getting some one to talk to over the phone was just unnecessarily difficult. However when I finally got someone, they were quick to the point, got my appointment set and the call was over in 3 minutes and they answered all of my questions. When I got to my appointment in the store everything went pretty smooth. Every thing seemed to take a reasonable amount of time, friendly folks, and they seemed focused on what I was wanting to get done. (Replace a keyboard and get a screen protector for my tablet.) Would be 5 stars if the phone menu wasn't nearly impossible. I'll just stop inside to make an appointment next time.

I came to this location to speak to someone about getting my computer fixed and I was nothing but INSULTED the entire time. The employee stated several times that it was a waste of gas for me to even come up there and inquire about the computer because it would be a waste to fix. Then he proceeds to open the computer, turns it towards me, take a long dramatic pause and says “how old is this thing…” and chuckled…I had only had the laptop about 6 months, and rarely used it which is what I told them. He then called my computer low-budget and was “shocked” I was able to download apps and do basic day-to-day thing on it. It’s not the most expensive computer, it’s a $300 computer. Low budget or not, why would you say this… low budget is not the same to everyone SORRY! I stood there in complete shock, not realizing until after how much I was insulted. He was VERY rude. I wish I had spoke to the manager then, but I had no time. Hire more considerate people and someone know how’s how to keep rude comments to themselves.

Attempted to call my local Geek squad, they no longer accept direct calls, sounds like I was routed to another region of the world. Waste of 5 mins on hold....
