Me and my wife made appointments this morning to get our screens fixed at the location in Diberville. However, when we got there we were informed that our appointment was supposed to be for the Gulfport store instead of Diberville . When we called the Gulfport store they informed us that our appointment was changed by the guys at the Diberville store . There was another guy there that was assisting this elderly lady, and he was very rude telling us “there is no way they scheduled our appointment for 11:00 a.m because he didn’t want us to get our phone worked on ahead of her, which wouldn’t have been a problem for us, but for them to change our location like that was very unprofessional, unsatisfying customer service, and disrespectful. We have never had success at this store and we will be going to all the way to the Metairie location just for a new screen.

I give them a 0. I bought a computer I have had it in for repairs I don't know 5 or 6 times. I get it back and there is still a problem or another one. I bought head phones for my smart TV and you constantly hear a drumming noise in the left head phone. The worst place I have ever ever shopped. Just give me another computer.I will never shop their again, and I will ask all my friends to never shop their. My wife was going to buy a new Amazon Fire. She was going to buy one of Bust Buys product like I told her we will never shop their. Now I see why they have their own Geek Squad so you can pay twice once to buy something and who knows how many times to get it fixed. I hope others listen and never any electrical product there. The negative eview is not necessarily about the Geek Squad guys at this location. It is more aimed at the service center in Lousiville KY. I brought my laptop in for a simple CMOS battery change, which ended up being a motherboard needing to be replaced. Easy enough, I paid the $500+ for it. When I got it home the first time, the laptop would not charge past 1%, I brought it back in and had to send it back to the service center. Turned out they installed the motherboard wrong and had damaged it. When I got it back the second time, all of the lights on my case were broken, the case itsself was cracked and the USB ports would not work. I had to send it back again. The third time I got it back, only haf the lifgts were fixed and the case was still cracked. I had to send it back a fourth time. I finally picked it up last night, all the lights were working and it was stated that they had to just reconnect the lighting strip. However, all of my hard drives were wiped clean, and my installation of Windows 10 Pro along with my Office 2016 Pro was gone and an unactivated version of windows home was installed. I asked if the drives had been wiped and the manager said it had been. I have it all backed up, but I thought it was strange that they even needed to touch the hard drive and SSD. I got it home and realized not only had they wiped my drives, but they reinstalled an illiegtimate version of windows 10 home on my 1 TB HDD and made my 250 gb SSD the secondary. I had it set up the opposite way where the SSD is my system drive and the HDD is the secondary. I have now spent hours re-fixing everything on top of the over a month of it being a t a service center. The techs at this location are awesome! the service center is a joke though.

Honestly the worst part about best buy is getting talked down to by the D&D squad. Can't ask a simple question without being treated like an idiot while they explain how the nuances of your question doesn't matter.

I have been here twice the customer service aspect of it is OK their repairs are actually done in a timely manner I have a complaint about the line placement they should have two separate lines instead they have one line that merges with customer service sometimes I can tell when they are irritated they don't make eye contact with you they tell you the bare minimum they don't try to converse with you they don't offer you promotions or other products you can tell they just want to help you do what you came here to accomplish and get you out of the door as quick as possible
