Update: They charged my closed account and when I call their number they keep giving me the run around. Their finance department never got back to me to refund my money. I had to get my bank involved. They are stealing money from my account without providing service, HORRIBLE SNEAKY business! They charged my account without authorization for 3 months. I let them know and every time I call them, they tell me they have to run it by their finance department. Be careful and check your bank statement.

Customer care is wonderful. Here. They work really hard to help you get what you need and make sure you're satisfied with what you have.

very dissaponted with this company, Cox send me with them to get the computer for my kids, COX ACP, but they send me computer not working right, the headphones arrive all broken, and ad says wifi card included, they send me a USB wifi a cheap one, not even work with 5G just 2.4GHz, and also dont even work right too, my internet is 100MB speed and i get only 1MB or max 4Mb with it. and computer is in same room then router. The worst thing is i contact them to let them know, about the problem, with the form they have in theyre website, and says they answer back between 1 to 3 days, but is more then a week and nobody answer me back, _________ NOT RECOMMENDED, first time i used them and last. never used this company again. _________

Ok where do i start. Well a year ago i paid $100 for an Alcatel hot spot. It ended up being defective and would turn itself off and be super hard to get it to reconnect. They would not take it back because it was a few days past warranty now they are transitioning networks or whatever and sent me another even more defective Alcatel hot spot. It over heats the battery almost hot enough to burn me. It also turns itself off every 10 min. Can't even use it. I've tried getting ahold of customer service and no response. Then they turned my service off on the morning it was due once, i paid for it to be back on and it took 5 days to turn it on and they counted all 5 days against my service and denied my refund request. I get it is a charity but the program is meant to keep us connected and that's just not happening!
