Too busy for the number of workers. Waited 2 hours just to hear they couldn't do anything. That situation could have been avoided if staff had just asked a few more questions before scheduling a customer. Just make sure you remember those passwords you never use or haven't used in years before you go...... Then to try and sell me another product with a demonstration while I wait????? Oh boy... I will never go to this store again.... that's a fact.

I am extremely disappointed with Apple’s customer service regarding their refund policy. I was charged $139.99 for a service I canceled, and when I reached out for support, my refund request was denied because the cancellation didn’t occur within the free trial period. This rigid and inflexible policy feels unfair and dismissive of genuine customer concerns. As a loyal Apple user, I expected better treatment. Instead, I encountered dismissive responses and an unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly. For a company of Apple’s stature, this lack of flexibility is unacceptable and does not reflect the customer-focused image they promote. As a Google Advisor, I am committed to sharing honest feedback and will ensure this experience is highlighted across platforms. Apple’s policies need serious review to prioritize customer satisfaction and fairness. Until then, I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing experience. Think twice before trusting their subscription and refund processes.

Came here to get my Mom’s older series Apple Watch paired and with her new iPhone. Was greeted by a store employee and told that Genius Bar was booked out the next 3 days. Not settling for that, I went to another person and he quickly showed us how to do it. I then decided we might as well get a new Watch for Mom. The associate at the Apple Watch table - Will, was super patient and helpful explaining the different case materials and band options to my Mom. Will brought out and unpackaged the new watch, set it up for Mom. This attentive customer experience is the reason to come to an Apple Store instead of other retailers.

This is the first Apple Store where I had the worst experience. The store manager’s attitude was dismissive, as if to say, ‘Why are you here if you have a problem?’ Instead of offering assistance, they simply told me to call Apple Care and not come to the store.

I was assisted by Dallas and two other professionals. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. One of the gentleman also assisted me getting my business on Apple Maps! Great experience will definitely be coming back to this Apple Store. Well managed location!
