Got in for a “certified apple” iPhone repair of back glass. Showed up 10 minutes early to my appt, they were very friendly but they looked at my back glass and claimed the camera was damaged (it was definitely just back glass). I was skeptical at this point but then he had my sign a waiver to take my phone in the back for a tech to look at it. He comes back and says they don’t have back glass but that they could order it and that I would have to leave my phone there for days until the glass arrived. I only went to geek squad because they pop up on Apple support as a certified repair and much closer for me. I went straight to Apple at MOA from oakdale best buy where they got me in immediately and my phone was repaired ready to go in an hour (just back glass, camera was fine). Pretty disappointed that I waited a week for an appt that specified “back glass on a graphite phone”, should have just gone to Apple from the beginning. 2 stars and not 1, only because the geek squad rep was very nice and it’s not his fault Best Buy has a poor system in place for repair.

Lady at geek squad basically refused to help me out and said I need an appointment with something quite simple and at a very un busy time. And the other guys were very quick to help out and it was clearly very simple for them to help me out!! But I figured I wouldn’t get any decent help from her as she was super hesitant to talk to us while we waited in line. Not sure what her problem was, Laziness or attitude problem?? Either way it’s a bad look on Geek Squad They’re usually very professional and helpful

I loved this place. They fixed my Samsung tablet and it was in Safe Mode stuck for a month and a half. I hard reset it multiple times and didn’t go away, so Geek Squad was able to fix it! Thank you!!

They were no help, we spent 200 dollars on their services. The first time they were there they looked at our problem tried it on and told us what was wrong, we had to bring it back to them as for we needed a picture of what was wrong and they told us they couldn't do it because of covid, even though they had just done it a week ago. So not happy with them.

I had a lot of issues with Geek Squad but Scott and Jay went about e and beyond to make it right. The 4 stars is for the two of them, otherwise it would be a 1 star review. Thanks Scott and Jay!
